Our boutique real estate business with it's committed and very experienced team has expanded.  We are now providing a broader focus and a desire to offer our customers a more comprehensive range of Property Related services. 

Now as well as assisting you with buying, selling and property management, we are moving into property maintenance and building services – all carrying our same exemplary attention to detail and service.

In line with our switch, we have moved to the heart of the Ballance Street Village and we are all so excited to offer these additional services.

Our team are known for their extensive local knowledge and their ability to get the very best end result for all involved. For some clients, that could be just an armchair chat and a little advice on what to do with their property. For others, it could be discussing the ins and outs of bringing a property to market, or working together for a clear expectation on price and process.
