For the past six years Glen Rickard has had responsibility for overseeing the management of our property in Gisborne New Zealand, until its recent sale.
We would highly recommend Glen as a property manager and have nothing but high praise for the way he undertook this role.
Glen was always very professional. He ensured that we were fully informed of matters relating to our property. We were regularly sent updates and photos and informed immediately of any maintenance issues. He was happy to organise people to deal with maintenance and was very prompt and efficient in dealing with any problems that needed attention.
Glen has excellent communication skills and his emails were often followed up by a call to ensure we were kept updated. This was not always easy for him as we had a five hour time difference where we were living in Australia. This often meant calls outside Glens working hours.
Glen was also very good at keeping the lines of communication open between the tenants and ourselves which resulted in all parties I believe feeling valued and listened to. Resulting in a harmonious working relationship.
He is an excellent property manager whom we believe goes above and beyond what is expected.
